Schedule:
Mon - Thurs, 8am - 5pm and Friday, 8am - 3pm Daily patient census: 20 45 minutes per new patient appointment, and 15 min for follow up depending on complexity Do not need preauthorization for medications with this practiceCompensation and benefits: Competitive Base salary + productivity 4 weeks vacation including CME and sick days CME up to $2500 Health insurance, (Med, dental and vision) Full malpractice insurance, CME, paid license and board exam Tail insurance after 2 years Relocation up to $4,000
