• Prepare and/or lead Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) such as Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).
• Generate technical documentation and artifacts such as System Engineering Plans, Configuration Management Plans, and Interface Control Documents.
• Provide Courses of Action and trade‑off analysis to inform design decisions considering cost, schedule, and performance.
• Participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and evaluate engineering artifacts throughout the acquisition life cycle.
• Provide configuration management support for the development, engineering, testing, integration, fielding, and sustainment of weapon systems.
• Establish and maintain the hardware and software configuration baseline, which is a set of approved and controlled versions of project or system components serving as the reference point for further development, testing, and deployment.
• Control components for projects and systems as they are developed, updated, and deployed.

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university and at least 5 years of related Systems Engineering or Configuration Management experience (additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
• Experience in using Configuration Management software (CMPro preferred).
• Experience with systems integration and testing to verify required performance.
• Experience with navigating and applying DoDI 5000.80, Operation of the Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA).

• Experience supporting DoD programs.
• Experience with MIL-STD 882E.

• Must have a current/active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
