Financial Consultant, Financial Analyst
A financial services firm with a mission to ensure retirees reach their retirement goals of financial security is seeking a licensed Servicing Advisor to join our team.
They will conduct financial analyses and make customized investment recommendations for the existent clients with the guidance of the lead Advisor. This ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, initiative, integrity, and work ethic. As part of the Advisor team, they will facilitate operations associated with client hospitality, information services, and B2B monetary transfers. They will assist with cases, analysis and the rebalancing of assets with existing clients.
Duties- Prepare Client files with critical and pertinent financial planning information
- Initiate Business to Business phone calls in support of financial transactions
- Build rapport and provide hospitality to clients
- Assist Senior Advisor in performing portfolio risk analysis and provide investment recommendations based on research
- Assist with client case updates, on-boarding, applications, and documents, meeting prep and process
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in client meetings to co-present recommendations and deliver advice
- Lead the Quarterly reviews
Education and Experience and Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
- Series 65 or 66
- Life and health insurance license – preferred not required
- Knowledge of key financial, investment, risk management concepts and retirement planning
- Proficiency with mathematical calculations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Ability to give an oral presentation to a small group
- Social and emotional intelligence
