The Pharmacy Technician position provides an opportunity to work in a leading retail pharmacy company with high professional and ethical standards and compliance with federal, state and local laws. Technicians ensure medication needs and regulatory standards are met while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations; maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Complete CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy registration, licensing and certification requirements per your state’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines.
- Initially have duties restricted by manager until requirements are satisfied; as requirements are completed, expand duties and build clinical, technical and insurance knowledge.
- Deliver compassionate care and demonstrate core values in everyday work.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Licensure requirements vary by state

- Problem Resolution; judge when something is wrong and recognize issues
- Choosing the best course of action in complex situations
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- PTCB National Certification
High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred but Not Required.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $16.00 - $27.00
