Flywheel Centers is expanding services in Stafford County and is seeking Behavior Technicians who want purposeful, rewarding work supporting children and families in their local community.
What You’ll Do- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home environments
- Follow BCBA-developed behavior intervention plans
- Track progress through accurate data collection
- Maintain a structured, engaging, and supportive session environment
- Communicate professionally with families and supervisors
- Experience working with children or youth
- Reliable transportation
- Interest in ABA, behavioral health, or child development
