As a Ground Combat Element Training Professional, you’ll bring tactical and technical expertise to work on projects to improve training readiness across the Marine Corps. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and provide subject‑matter support to the Live Virtual Constructive Training Environment for the Marine Corps. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients and help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to training capabilities and readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Guide the work we do and the solutions we deliver for training readiness across the Marine Corps.
- Research and analyze training systems, policies, and processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide subject‑matter expertise.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs.
- Experience utilizing Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environments to strengthen combat resilience and readiness of Marine Corps formations.
- Experience working with Marine Corps Training and Education and the Fleet to ensure training systems support training requirements.
- Experience developing training materials and systems to ensure the combat readiness of Marine Corps formations.
- Experience conducting range modernization and knowledge of range instrumentation.
- Knowledge of MCTIMS, Training and Readiness Manuals, and Marine Corps training policies.
- Ability to assess training simulation systems to ensure they meet the requirements of the training audience and ensure training readiness of the force.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in Marine Corps Infantry.
- Experience conducting field user evaluations.
- Master’s degree.
- Graduate of Command and Staff College or equivalent.
- Joint Tactical Attack Controller Certification.
- Completion of Forward Observer Basic Course.

CompensationProjected salary range: $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Work Model- If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
