We are hiring a VP, VA Mission Success, who will own VA growth, VA delivery health, and VA product alignment at Wilcore.
This leader is accountable for building and winning the VA pipeline while ensuring Wilcore delivers exceptional outcomes across all VA contracts. The role integrates Business Development leadership with operational and product oversight, ensuring growth is disciplined, repeatable, and sustainable.
This role is responsible for turning VA strategy into results- owning outcomes, removing obstacles, and leading cross-functional teams to execute at a high level.
OverviewWhat you'll be doing:
Responsibilities- Own VA Growth:
Own and drive the VA growth number, including pipeline creation, capture execution, and wins - Define and execute Wilcore’s VA growth strategy in alignment with the company’s EOS Vision and 3-Year Picture
- Build, qualify, and prioritize a healthy VA pipeline aligned with Wilcore’s capabilities and financial targets
- Lead customer engagement, pre-RFP positioning, and requirement shaping to improve Probability of Win (PWin)
- Own go/no-go decisions for VA pursuits in partnership with executive leadership
- Serve as Wilcore’s senior BD executive for VA customers and industry partners
- Own VA Portfolio Health (Operations & Product):
Partner with Program, Delivery, and Product leaders to ensure solutions meet VA mission needs and performance expectations - Ensure VA programs are positioned for expansion, re-compete success, and long-term account growth
- Act as the executive escalation point for VA delivery risks, customer concerns, and performance issues
- Translate customer needs into product, solution, and capability enhancements that support both delivery excellence, and future growth
- Provide management oversight over program managers on contract(s)

Executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior VA leaders and industry partners - You Have the Capacity to Do It:
Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, VA contract vehicles, and federal acquisition process - You Have the Capacity to Do It:
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, make hard decisions, and hold others accountable

Compensation:
- At Wilcore, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
- United States Wage Range: $200,000 - $250,000
