The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working varied hours, completing planograms and resets, maintaining visual standards, performing store measurements, completing layout initiatives, cycle counts, hanging signage, assembling merchandise and fixtures, ensuring planogram integrity, and delivering excellent customer service through GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value).
Qualifications include prior retail or merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and count. Preferred knowledge includes farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding. Skills in communication, problem-solving, computer literacy, and interpersonal relations are desired.
Working Conditions involve indoor and outdoor environments, travel between store locations, and physical activities such as lifting, standing, reaching, and operating equipment. The role requires physical stamina and safety awareness.
Physical Requirements include traveling, lifting up to 50 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating store equipment. The position is non-sedentary, requiring mobility and physical endurance.
