Base pay range$15.00/hr – $17.50/hr
Position OverviewAs a Shift Leader, you'll be the reliable support our team counts on to keep operations smooth when managers aren't present. You'll assist with opening/closing procedures, guide team members through daily tasks, and help maintain our high standards for customer service and efficiency.

- Be the go‑to person when managers aren't on site – keeping the team focused and operations running smoothly
- Help open and close the location following all procedures
- Keep the wash line moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Support sales by demonstrating proper membership pitch techniques
- Train new team members on basic operations
- Handle minor customer service issues and escalates when needed
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Opening/Closing Expert: Lead setup and shutdown procedures to ensure everything is ready for business or properly secured
- Customer Champion: Greet customers warmly while looking out for membership opportunities during busy periods
- Flow Master: Keep the wash line moving efficiently by directing traffic and assisting where needed
- Standard Keeper: Help team members follow proper procedures while maintaining our quality and safety standards
- A dependable go‑to – when the team needs help, you’re already stepping up
- A natural with people – you make customers feel welcome and teammates feel supported
- Quick on your feet – adapt fast, whether it’s a line of cars or a new task
- Show up on time, every time – reliability is key
- 6+ months experience in customer service or retail
- Basic leadership skills (from school, sports, or other activities)
- Willingness to learn opening/closing procedures
- Some weekend availability (our busiest times)
- Must be 18+ with ability to pass a background check
