Overview

The Sales Ambassador assists in running all front-of-house fitness studio operations. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness & health, strong customer service skills, and basic sales experience. The Ambassador is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
• Conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls
• Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio
• Collaborate with team to drive sales in a quota-bearing structure
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
• Functional computer skills required - Microsoft Office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, basic computer program software use
• Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
• Training and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with strong sales skills (experience in a quota-bearing structure highly preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in a busy studio environment
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and general software proficiency
• Passion for fitness and health
