Job Overview:
The Membership Advisor plays a vital role in driving membership sales, generating and managing leads, and overseeing various marketing and administrative activities. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our members receive exceptional service and support throughout their membership journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead Management:
    Generate, manage, and nurture leads through various channels, including telephone inquiries and follow-up calls, to drive conversions.
  • Member Administration:
    Oversee administrative tasks related to membership management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • New Lead Intake:
    Manage the intake process for new leads and first-time visitors, providing detailed information about membership options and benefits.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs and interests of potential members, including conducting goal-oriented consultations with trial members.
  • Member Retention:
    Develop and implement strategies to retain existing members, foster community engagement, and help establish an effective membership referral program.
  • Challenge Implementation:
    Design and manage local studio member challenges and engagement programs to promote community and motivation.
  • Motivation & Resources:
    Act as a motivational leader and resource for members, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with F45 coaches to ensure onboarding processes are fulfilled and assist the Studio Owner in setting monthly, weekly, and daily targets for meeting sales goals.
  • Transaction Processing:
    Process accurate credit card transactions and ensure proper onboarding and induction of all F45 clients.
  • Training Participation:
    Attend and participate in relevant F45 Training programs.
Essential Skills and Characteristics:
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Passionate about the fitness industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable.
  • Experience with social media management and marketing is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and lead management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and membership management software, particularly Mindbody.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about fitness, wellness, and community engagement.
