Service Coordinator

Our client will train candidates with the right attitude, particularly if they are meticulous and detail orientated. This role is ideal for someone looking to move away from inbound or outbound calls and is much more email driven.

Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00

Salary: £25k-£27k

• Processing large volumes of documents in a timely and official manner.
• Arranging documents to be presented and reviewed internally and externally.
• Pricing and costing up work when required always ensuring accuracy.
• Working with Key Account customers, ensuring they are receiving the right level of service.
• Responding to emails.
• Photocopying and scanning paperwork.
• Additional Adhoc duties as and when required.

• Previous experience in Fleet Management, Service Coordination, Dealership or Insurance Administration
• Good communication skills.
• Strong data skills, intermediate Excel knowledge would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask.
