Responsibilities

  • To support all company and account recruitment activity and client management
  • Keep adverts and candidate attraction plans up to date
  • Manage a payroll process for up to 100 daily workers
  • Keep an internal CRM up to date
  • Assist with all related administration and compliance
  • Check all candidate right-to-work and upload documentation to a CRM
  • Client resource planning
Candidate Experience Will Include
  • Have an excellent level of customer service, ideally gained within a recruitment account management role
  • Be able to manage a very busy workload
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Have full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
  • Available to work on weekend when needed
  • Ideally have a strong data entry experience and excellent attention to detail
