Responsibilities
- To support all company and account recruitment activity and client management
- Keep adverts and candidate attraction plans up to date
- Manage a payroll process for up to 100 daily workers
- Keep an internal CRM up to date
- Assist with all related administration and compliance
- Check all candidate right-to-work and upload documentation to a CRM
- Client resource planning
- Have an excellent level of customer service, ideally gained within a recruitment account management role
- Be able to manage a very busy workload
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Have full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Available to work on weekend when needed
- Ideally have a strong data entry experience and excellent attention to detail
