Project Coordinator

Overview:

Core Build Engineering Services is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. In this role, you will assist with the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You will play a key role in coordinating resources, schedules, and communication between stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and schedules
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved
• Track project progress and assist with managing budgets
• Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and resources for project execution
• Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing and documentation filing

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in construction
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello)
• Relevant certifications or degree in Construction Management or a related field
