Safety Officer

Overview:

Core Build Engineering Services is seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to monitor and enforce safety protocols at our construction sites. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. You will be responsible for conducting regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training staff on safety procedures.

• Conduct regular safety inspections on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Provide safety training and guidance to employees and contractors
• Investigate accidents or incidents and recommend corrective actions

• Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices
• Certification in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
