Dominion is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Repairs & Maintenance team. You will help manage and improve our housing portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, compliant and well-maintained, with a focus on damp, mould and disrepair.
You will survey, oversee contractors, write clear reports and support resident-focused outcomes while navigating housing legislation and regulations. This is a not-for-profit group with strong community focus.
