• Proven experience in puppet making, soft sculpture, or related fabric arts.
• Strong sewing skills, including hand and machine sewing techniques.
• Familiarity with a range of fabrics, foams, and materials used in soft fabrication.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret design sketches and translate them into finished pieces.
• Passion for puppetry, storytelling, and craftsmanship.
• Team player with good communication skills.
