Overview:
Core Build Engineering Services is seeking a creative and talented Design Specialist to help develop innovative and functional designs for construction projects. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to bring design concepts to life while ensuring they are feasible, cost-effective, and meet all project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed design plans and architectural drawings
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate design elements into construction plans
- Conduct design reviews and implement changes as needed
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and construction techniques
- Provide technical support to the project team during the construction phase
- Degree or certification in Design, Architecture, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or Revit
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
