Are you an enthusiastic individual with experience working with young people who is ready for a rewarding role in education?
Milk Education is seeking confident, reliable, and motivated Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Surrey.
The Role- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning and answer general questions.
- Take attendance and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Gain experience across a variety of subjects and year groups.
- A degree (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
- Confident communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working with children or young people (school, tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring, etc.).
- A positive, adaptable, and professional attitude.
- An interest in education and potentially training to become a teacher.
