They play an important role in supporting children to have the best start to their education. As an Early Years specialist, you will personally help to close the attainment gap and increase the life chances of the children in your care.

Salary:
Apprenticeship Wage - £8 per hour
Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am–6pm

What You’ll Be DoingAs an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will:
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Support children's daily routines and wellbeing.
- Work as part of a friendly and dedicated nursery team.
- Assist with observations and learning activities.
- Passionate about working with children.

Your training will include:
- Virtual classrooms and webinars.
- Online learning and assignments.
- Work-based learning and portfolio development.
- One-to-one support from an apprenticeship tutor.
- Regular reviews and progress meetings.
No college attendance is required, as all training is delivered through a blended learning approach.

Right to Work & Residency RequirementsApplicants who are not UK nationals must meet apprenticeship funding eligibility rules, including having lived in the UK or EU for at least 3 consecutive years prior to the start date. You must hold a valid visa that does not expire within 18 months of your apprenticeship start date.
