EMEA Partner - Sales Enablement

As the EMEA Performance Partner, you will serve as a strategic architect of sales excellence, transforming regional business goals into high-impact seller behaviors. You will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, partnering directly with Regional VPs and Sales Leaders to diagnose capability gaps and co-create solutions that accelerate deal velocity. By blending sophisticated instructional design with high-stakes facilitation, you ensure our EMEA and LATAM teams possess the competitive edge needed to dominate the market.

• Strategise Regional Performance:
  Conduct deep-dive discovery with Sales Leadership to identify specific friction points in the sales cycle, translating these business needs into prioritised enablement workplans that move the needle on win rates and pipeline quality.
• Design & Localise High-Impact Learning:
  Architect outcome-based learning journeys that adapt global frameworks into EMEA-relevant playbooks, ensuring content is simplified, actionable, and reflects the cultural nuances of diverse regional markets.
• Scale through AI Innovation:
  Pioneer the use of generative AI tools to rapidly iterate regional content, create role-based assets (like talk tracks and objection handlers) at scale, and analyse field feedback to continuously refine the enablement engine.
• Facilitate Elite Training &
  
  Coaching:
  
  Lead dynamic, high-stakes workshops for Enterprise AEs and senior leadership, moving beyond passive training to drive real-world application through deal strategy sessions and rigorous discovery coaching.
• Measure & Optimise Impact:
  Establish and track KPIs-such as seller ramp time and participation-to-win ratios-to provide data-driven insights to Global Enablement and regional stakeholders, ensuring a cycle of continuous improvement.
  Sales & Enablement Mastery:
  Deep expertise in the B2B technology landscape (SaaS, Cloud or Infrastructure) with a proven ability to design and deliver sales methodology and leadership programmes that demonstrably improve revenue outcomes.
• AI-Accelerated Content Creation & Delivery:
  Hands‑on fluency with generative AI tools as a core part of how you work, not an add-on. You use AI to rapidly draft, iterate and localise enablement content, build role‑plays, assessments and job aids in a fraction of the traditional time, and continually look for ways to shorten the path from a new product or message to sellers being ready to use it.
  
  You can show how you've used AI to materially increase the speed, scale and quality of what an enablement function delivers.
• Instructional Design for a Fast-Moving Business: A sophisticated understanding of outcome-based curriculum design across blended modalities, paired with practical proficiency in LMS platforms and modern learning tech. You design with velocity in mind, building content that can be generated, updated and redeployed quickly as products and priorities evolve.
• Advanced Facilitation & Influence:
  The executive presence to lead rooms of senior sales leaders and the coaching acumen to challenge and develop experienced Enterprise sellers, ensuring alignment and accountability at all levels.
