What does the role involve?

Reporting to our European Operations Manager, you'll play a vital part in bringing our deals to life. You'll be responsible for accurately loading deal information onto our systems, working closely with internal stakeholders to gather the right details and ensure agreements are processed smoothly and paid out on time.

As part of our friendly, high‑performing operations team, you'll gain valuable exposure to financial products and asset finance. We'll support you every step of the way with training, guidance, and the opportunity to build confidence and develop your skills.

Some of your key duties will include:
  • Checking that all required documents are complete and correct to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Accurately entering data and documentation into our systems
  • Providing a full administrative support to customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Working with your team to improve how we do things and learn best practice
What are we looking for?

You might already have experience in an administrative or customer‑facing role, or you may be a recent graduate keen to put your business‑related studies into practice. Either way, you'll be proactive, organised, and eager to learn.

Also, we're looking for the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to complete tasks following defined process
  • Confidence using the Microsoft Office suite
  • A team‑focused approach, with strong communication skills
