Join Specsavers and play a key role in helping us change lives through better sight and hearing. As a Transaction Processing Analyst, you'll be part of a team that keeps our financial operations running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring high-volume transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and on time. This is an exciting opportunity to build on your finance operations experience within a large, complex and purpose-driven organisation where your work directly supports business performance, compliance and confident decision-making.

In this role, you'll take ownership of processing and validating a broad range of financial transactions across multiple work streams, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining strong financial controls. You'll investigate and resolve exceptions, support the smooth flow of information between systems and work closely with colleagues across finance and technology teams to keep operations running effectively. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to testing system enhancements and help improve the way we work through greater automation and smarter processes.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in a finance operations or transaction processing environment who enjoys working with data in a fast-paced setting. You'll bring strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to work with finance systems and learn new technologies quickly. Just as important is your ability to collaborate with others, communicate clearly and spot opportunities to make processes more efficient.

If you're studying towards, or considering a professional qualification such as AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, that's a bonus, but not essential. At Specsavers, you'll find a supportive environment where continuous learning, collaboration and improvement are genuinely encouraged. You'll be joining a team that values curiosity, celebrates success and empowers people to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact.

If you're looking for a role where your expertise will be valued, your development supported and your contribution recognised, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and take the next step in your finance career with Specsavers. This role closes on 16th October 2026. So don't delay your application, apply now - you'll be glad you did. Due to the high level of interest we receive for some opportunities, we may close this vacancy earlier than the advertised closing date.

We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to avoid missing out. We believe our differences make us stronger. That's why we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive. We also recognise that flexibility matters and are happy to consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
