Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Resolution Specialist to join a housing provider on a short-term temporary basis. This is a high-impact role, managing complex ASB cases and supporting communities through effective enforcement, partnership working, and victim-focused case management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of high-level and complex anti-social behaviour cases from initial report through to resolution
Investigate ASB complaints, gather evidence, and take appropriate enforcement action
Prepare statements, serve notices, and support legal action including court proceedings where required
Provide clear advice and guidance to victims, witnesses, and alleged perpetrators
Work closely with internal teams, local authorities, police, and external partner agencies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with policy and legislative requirements
Ensure compliance with current ASB legislation and organisational procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience managing complex ASB cases within a housing or local authority setting
Strong working knowledge of ASB legislation and legal processes
Confident preparing legal documentation and working alongside legal services
Excellent communication skills with a professional, victim-focused approach
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Enhanced DBS (required for the role)
