This role is part of our pre-sales organization, focused on building credibility and trust with technical leaders in our largest deals by developing innovative solutions leveraging Service Now's Autonomous IT and AI-powered Technology Workflows. Our team combines deep technical expertise, real-world experience, and strong executive engagement skills to help customers realize the full potential of Service Now's platform. We act as technical leaders for our customers' most complex solutions, ensuring they achieve measurable value through Autonomous IT-enabling self-healing, predictive operations, and AI-driven automation across IT and business workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and opportunities for Autonomous IT and AI-driven value, translating these into solutions leveraging Service Now's Technology Workflow and Autonomous IT capabilities.
  • Collaborate with key customers, colleagues, and partners to demonstrate and prove the power of Autonomous IT on the Now Platform.
  • Lead engagements to showcase and prove how Service Now's Autonomous IT meets the needs of strategic customers, including IT Transformation, Digital Products/Services, Platform as a Service, Enterprise Service Management, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Articulate and demonstrate how Service Now's AI and Autonomous IT capabilities enable organizations to proactively resolve issues, optimize resources, and deliver seamless experiences-integrating into current and future technology landscapes.
  • Communicate and demonstrate the details of Service Now's platform architecture, including AI, machine learning, and automation features, at various levels of technical depth.
  • Apply architecture development methods, modeling approaches, and integration patterns to support Autonomous IT and AI-driven workflows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels (Solution Architects, Domain Architects, Enterprise Architects, Directors, VPs, and CXOs) throughout the customer journey.
  • Lead and enhance standards for execution across the Autonomous IT Solution Consulting community.
Qualifications
  • Deep (8+ years) presales experience across multiple technical domains, including service operations, application, risk, security, data, AI/ML, integration, data and Autonomous IT.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior technology leaders in a pre-sales or solution consulting role.
  • Passion for building business relationships and driving the adoption of Autonomous IT and AI-powered solutions.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on simplifying complex concepts into compelling customer proposals.
  • Ability to prioritize work and invest in high-impact areas, driving results through collaboration and initiative.
  • Willingness to work hands-on with customers, colleagues, and partners to deliver faster, better outcomes.
  • Curiosity and passion for researching emerging technologies and developing innovative, AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience presenting and proving technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including CxOs.
