Proactive.
IT Appointments Ltd. is seeking an experienced 1st / 2nd Line engineer for a permanent position in Staines-upon-Thames. The ideal candidate will provide desk-side and remote IT support, using troubleshooting skills to assist users with varying levels of computer literacy.
You will assist in the management of devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Strong experience with Google Workspace and knowledge of Windows operating systems are essential.
