WorkForce Software, Senior Implementation Consultant - Advanced Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients, creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement Work Force Software technologies: analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; recommend and implement new processes, tools, and approaches.
• Partner with internal teams: collaborate with associates in sales and support and communicate priorities, timeliness, and issues with the client project team.
• Multi‑task and communicate: manage multiple time‑sensitive projects and follow‑up items, sharing essential information with clients and teams at ADP.

• 4–6 years of experience in software implementations.
• Forecasting and scheduling experience in the Retail or Hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and ability to write and run SELECT and UPDATE queries.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage and manipulate large sets of data.
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including potential international travel.
• Hybrid work availability from one of ADP’s offices in Milton Keynes, Staines, Cheadle, or Bristol.
• College degree is a plus but not required; military experience or other relevant experiences are acceptable.

• Demonstrated technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances.
• Ability to work on a dynamic, client‑focused team and establish excellent relationships.
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, or workforce management.
