As an IT Support Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience working with a variety of modern technologies, alongside experienced IT professionals who will support your development throughout your apprenticeship journey. What you'll be doing:

No two days are the same  part of our support team, you'll be involved in:

• Providing first-line IT support to customers via phone, email, and remote assistance

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and helping customers resolve technical problems

• Assisting with the setup, installation, and configuration of new devices and IT systems
