Inetex is a responsive, friendly and professional company offering I.T. services to small/medium sized local businesses. We offer computer hardware and software sales together with an installation and/or support service. We can provide an off-site and/or on site maintenance service or can simply help you fix your current computer problems.

• Phone call making/receiving
• Interacting with customers initial problems / troubleshooting
• Installation/configuration of new setups
• Site visits to customer sites/interacting with customers
• Software set;
  Office
  365 predominantly across the customer base / Macs and PCs / Servers and on premise setups
• No specific focus on industry but a number in logistics/freight/accountancy/engineering
• Punctual
• Adaptable
• Personable
• Resilient

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
