• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity

• 1 – 5 PQE is ideal, though higher PQE candidates are encouraged to apply too
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
• Confident managing your own end‑to‑end residential conveyancing caseload
