Export Supervisor
Right Now Group are recruiting for an experienced Export Supervisor to join a well-established international freight forwarding business based in Staines .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced export professional with previous supervisory experience to lead a small operational team and oversee the efficient handling of Air, Sea, Road and Courier export shipments .
Key Responsibilities of a Export Supervisor- Supervise and motivate a small export operations team, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and all customer enquiries are responded to professionally and on time.
- Oversee export files across Air, Sea, Road and Courier , ensuring shipments comply with company ISO procedures and relevant processes.
- Ensure CDS submissions, export documentation and customs procedures are completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Monitor invoicing and file completion, ensuring accurate costs are processed and departmental profitability is maximised.
- Manage day-to-day operational issues, including routing delays, port congestion and supply chain bottlenecks, taking action to minimise disruption.
- Maintain strong communication with overseas agents, handling agents, shippers and consignees whilst identifying opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a small export operations team .
- Strong experience across multimodal exports , ideally covering Air, Sea, Road and Courier.
- Good understanding of CDS and UK export customs procedures .
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, including MAWBs and HAWBs .
- Experience working with freight forwarding systems; knowledge of Multifreight SCS and Multished would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Staines.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 .
29 days holiday to start , including 20 days annual leave, birthday day and Bank Holidays, with additional days based on length of service.
Company pension contribution after 3 months.
Additional company performance-related bonuses , subject to company performance.
