Maintenance Technician

About The Role

Are you ready to be a part of our rapidly developing flooring division? We are looking for a talented maintenance technician to join our team to ensure our equipment is maintained to the highest standard whilst consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

• Performing inspection, repair and services on the hire fleet and customer equipment
• Providing installation and deinstallation of equipment at customer sites and locations across the UK
• Conducting collection and delivery of hire equipment
• Holding familiarisation sessions and handover of equipment to customers at their sites, ensuring correct usage and understanding
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance

What are we looking for?

• Basic understanding of maintenance for electric, battery, and engine driven equipment
• Experience of following routine maintenance schedules
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using a computer, to input details into our equipment maintenance system
• Full UK manual driving license
• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems, and experience using test equipment such as a multi-meter is desirable
