Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Community and Estates Management teams, delivering high-quality repairs, preventive maintenance, and statutory compliance across building fabric and mechanical/electrical systems. You will diagnose faults, perform day-to-day repairs, and coordinate with contractors.
You will monitor the Onesite maintenance system, keep records, communicate with residents, and help manage budgets, spares, and safety checks.
