Leading a team of analysts, you’ll drive forecasting accuracy, business planning processes, performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations that directly impact revenue growth and business performance across the UK and Ireland.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the UK, Ireland and Nordics forecasting and business planning processes, ensuring accurate and actionable business projections.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Deliver insightful reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to influence plans, priorities, and future growth initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and planning processes to increase efficiency and business value.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations for leadership audiences.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially aware and data-driven professional who combines analytical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
