Head Chef

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef in SW London. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, develop menus, and maintain excellent food quality and presentation standards for both staff and patients on site. Strong knowledge of HACCP, COSHH compliance. Responsibilities also include managing kitchen staff, controlling inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with management to improve kitchen efficiency.

The Head Chef will foster a positive and organized working environment while adapting to the needs of the establishment

• Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Leadership and team management experience in a kitchen environment
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations
• Ability to manage inventory and control food costs effectively
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Prior experience as a Head Chef or similar role in hospitality or catering
• Formal culinary training or certification is highly advantageous
