Store Supervisor

Are you looking to join our set? If so we have an exciting opportunity to sharpen your skills and become a Supervisor working 10 hours per week.

As a Store Supervisor you will support the store management team, driving turnover and revenue from the store based on lean principles. Keeping a close focus on customer service, you will be an ambassador of the Ryman brand.

• Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group by learning about the business and sharing this knowledge with customers.
• Contribute to making Ryman the number one High Street Stationer by providing a consistent high level of customer service.
• Drive a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring all team members engage with customers enthusiastically and assisting with colleague training, using available tools to maximise team performance.
• Ensure the security and accuracy of all company systems and that all systems are used by all team members as per company policies and procedures.
• Promote high visual merchandising standards; ensuring store housekeeping standards are high and continually achieved.
• In the absence of the Store/Deputy Manager assume full accountability for overall security and safety of our people and property, ensuring the branch operates in line with company policies and procedures.
