Sales Negotiator Estate Agent – £30,000 – £40,000 basic | OTE £50,000+ based in Staines‑upon‑Thames

An exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a fast‑paced estate agency in Staines‑upon‑Thames. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target‑driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to develop a successful property sales career. Working within a busy office, you will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, progress sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

• Generating valuations and winning new business
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Working towards and exceeding targets

• £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE £50,000+

We are looking for someone with strong sales ability, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Estate agency experience is preferred, but strong sales experience from another sector will also be considered.
