What You Will Do

* Lead the Way:
Deliver high-energy training for Ground Security, Cargo, and Aircrew.

* Be the Expert:
Design and update lesson plans that meet the latest CAA, DfT, and ICAO standards.

* Quality First:
Audit training records and syllabus to make sure every lesson is top-tier.

* Mentor Teams:
Support operational leads to make sure all staff are sharp and ready.

* Travel:
Enjoy a role that takes you across the country to different airport sites.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for someone with "umph"—someone who knows their stuff and can command a room.

* Teaching Pro:
You must hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or a similar teaching qualification.

* Aviation Legend:
You have deep knowledge of Cargo Security, Dangerous Goods, and RFX (Recognition of Firearms and Explosives).

* Sharp Mind:
You are great at keeping records and reporting security incidents fast.

* Classroom Star:
You have a proven track record of delivering training that actually sticks.

* Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (Based on your experience).
