Key Responsibilities:

As our Van Driver/Warehouse Operative, you will:

Drive with

Purpose:

Safely operate a van up to 3.5 tonnes, delivering goods to various locations with precision and care.
Customer First:
Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Handle with Care:
Load and unload goods, ensuring they are securely packed and handled responsibly.
Route Master:
Follow delivery schedules and routes as planned to maximise efficiency.
Vehicle Guardian:
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any issues to management.
Record Keeper:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
Adhere to Standards:
Follow all traffic laws and company policies diligently.
Warehouse Warrior:
Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organising inventory.
Order Expert:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Cleanliness Champion:
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Inventory Sleuth:
Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

What We're Looking For:

A valid driver's licence is essential.
Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar role.
Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of local roads and routes.
A team player who can also work independently.
