Logistics Operations Manager
Location:

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading and developing a team of leaders, driving productivity and KPI performance, and ensuring compliance with customs, health & safety, security and operational standards.
Working closely with Retail, Supply Chain, Risk & Compliance, HR and other key stakeholders, you will maintain effective stock management, support commercial and people performance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop warehouse management teams to deliver outstanding results.
* Drive productivity, operational performance and KPI achievement across the warehouse operation.
* Ensure warehouse activities are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with company standards.
* Monitor inventory performance, stock accuracy and shrinkage controls.
* Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all health & safety, security and customs requirements.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development of team members.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning activities.
* Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
* Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, inclusion and continuous improvement.
* Ensure operational standards, audits and compliance requirements are consistently maintained.
About You
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar logistics or warehouse management role.
* Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
* Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes.
* Experience working within a compliance-driven environment.
* Proficient with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
