We are seeking a Head of Engineering for a leading company based locally to Heathrow, specialising in the design and development of complex sensor technology and electronics hardware. The Head of Engineering will oversee the full product development from concept to production whilst managing a multiskilled team of 10 engineers, including Hardware, Software, and Mechanical, in an R&D environment.

• Lead on technical design and decision-making
• Provide sales and customer support expertise
• Build, coach, and inspire engineering teams
• Champion innovation and process improvements
• Ensure compliance and performance excellence

• 5+ Years of experience in Engineering management with a proven record leading multi-disciplined teams
• Strong technical background in either Electronics or Physics
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• MSc or BSc in Engineering, Electronics, Physics or related subject
