• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, charities, and limited companies, ensuring the timely delivery of financial statements and tax returns.
• Coordinate the internal flow of work and resource requirements to ensure all deliverables are completed within budget and according to strict deadlines.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior staff members, assisting in their development and the expansion of their professional capabilities.
• Prepare complex year-end accounts and schedules for tax and VAT returns in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

• Be ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Possess strong experience working within a general practice accountancy environment.
• Have the ability to travel to client premises and between offices as required.
