Customer Service Assistant – Immediate Start

Location:

Commutable distance from Stamford

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility available for the right person)

Temp to perm

Our client, a growing and well-established business within a commutable distance of Stamford, is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive office team, with the role becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

The CSA position will involve a variety of administrative and office-based duties, including:

* Taking orders over the phone and inputting on to Sage

* Liaising with suppliers and customers

* Using SAGE on a daily basis

* General administration duties

* Using Microsoft Word and Excel

* Sending and responding to emails

* Sending Quotes and dealing with requests from the BDM

* Dealing with incoming and out going post

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

* Have previous experience using SAGE

* Be confident communicating with both suppliers and customers

* Have a great telephone manner

* Be happy working in an office-based environment

* Be comfortable updating spreadsheets and processing orders

* Be organised, reliable, and a good team player
