We are looking for a highly organized Document Controller to support our busy Projects team.

Responsibilities
  • Control, track, and maintain electronic and hard‑copy project documentation.
  • Prepare and manage document transmittals, submissions, and review cycles.
  • Maintain up-to-date document registers and ensure correct version control.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on document‑related matters.
  • Support audits, quality processes, and project reporting.
  • Ensure final documentation packages are complete and compliant for project close‑out.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Document Controller or Project Administrator.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; confident managing high volumes of technical documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office and PDF software; experience with Document Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated, audited, or engineering/project environments (desirable).
  • Knowledge of document control procedures, version control, and project life cycles.

Location & Requirements

The position is based at our offices north of Stamford off the A1 road. A full driving licence is required as the site is not served by a public transport route.
