Supply Teacher (Primary)

Daily Rate: £130 £ 180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time Day-to-Day / Long-Term

GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Stamford
. This role is ideal for qualified teachers who are looking for flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in different classroom settings.

Whether you are an experienced teacher, an ECT
, or returning to teaching, supply work offers the freedom to choose when and where you work while continuing to support pupils learning and development.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Follow lesson plans provided and ensure continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different year groups and school settings.
• Support pupils academic and social development.
• Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A flexible, professional, and reliable approach to work.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
