AboutThe Role
As a Lecturer in Business, you’ll deliver engaging and high‑quality teaching across Business programmes at Levels 1 to 3, supporting learners to achieve, progress, and grow in confidence. Alongside teaching, you’ll assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to course coordination and internal verification where appropriate.
The Lecturer in Business will work closely with a supportive faculty team to ensure students have a positive and successful learning experience, while maintaining the high standards expected at Stamford College.
Your Role As a Lecturer In Business Will Include- Teaching and assessing Business courses from Level 1 to Level 3
- Planning engaging lessons that meet professional teaching standards
- Assessing work and providing timely, constructive feedback
- Supporting learners through tutorials and progress reviews
- Contributing to course coordination, quality assurance, and internal verification
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and review curriculum content
- Embedding English, maths, and digital skills into learning activities
- Supporting work experience activity and employer engagement where required
- Experienced lecturers seeking a small, manageable teaching commitment
- Business professionals who want to move into teaching or share real‑world experience
- Portfolio workers or those balancing teaching with consultancy or other roles
