• Deliver engaging and effective teaching across Sport and Public Services programmes
• Assess learner work and provide constructive developmental feedback
• Monitor learner progress and support positive achievement outcomes
• Develop schemes of work, learning materials and curriculum resources
• Deliver academic tutorials and learner support sessions
• Contribute to curriculum development and course coordination
• Support work experience opportunities and employer engagement activities
• Participate in student recruitment, interviews and marketing events
• Undertake assessment and internal quality assurance activities
• Promote the effective use of ILT within teaching and learning
• Embed English and maths skills into curriculum delivery
• Maintain accurate learner attendance, progress and assessment records

You will be an enthusiastic Sport and Public Services professional with recent industry experience and a passion for helping learners succeed. You will hold a relevant Sport and/or Public Services qualification and either possess a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards achieving one.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and challenge learners from a wide range of backgrounds. You will be confident in delivering engaging lessons, promoting positive learner behaviour and using innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning outcomes. Experience with in Further Education, course coordination, apprenticeships or quality assurance processes would be advantageous.
