THE ROLE PARAPLANNER Producing comprehensive suitability reports and financial planning documentation Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning Supporting advisers with FCA-compliant recommendations Using financial planning platforms and software to analyse and model solutions Ensuring advice is accurate, compliant, and clearly presented Operating effectively within a fast-paced financial planning practice ABOUT YOU Minimum 2 years experience within financial services or an IFA environment Strong understanding of FCA regulation and financial planning solutions Proven paraplanning and report writing experience Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards) Analytical, detail-oriented, professional, and proactive Confident with Microsoft Office and financial planning systems Right to Work in the UK WORKING PATTERN Monday Friday, 9:00am5:00pm Hybrid working available following probation BENEFITS Employee-owned Trust company
