Overview
Our superb new client, with offices based in Stamford, is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join them on a full‑time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
Responsibilities- Represent employers and employees in employment matters, including policies, tribunals, complex disputes, and contracts of employment – both contentious and non‑contentious.
- Manage your own caseload.
- Remain up‑to‑date with current legislation.
- Work as part of a small but growing team.
- 3+ years PQE in employment law.
- Experience managing your own caseload within employment law.
- Strong written, verbal and relationship‑building communication skills.
- Hold relevant legal qualifications.
Starting salary up to £45,000, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company‑matched pension, social events, private medical insurance, discretionary bonus, and the chance to join an inclusive and supportive organisation.
