The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.

• Work closely with the department heads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity
• Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger Accounts, including consolidations and eliminations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and relevant internal controls
• Assist with AP, AR, and fixed assets accounting
• Assist with systems implementations, process improvements, and automations

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, ideally with a minimum of 1 in a public accounting firm
• CPA preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and at least one accounting ERP system
